How config is the best performance for FISH staining of chromosome?
Could you give me a detailed config of fluorescence microscope or filter?

All of the above mentioned companies make high quality microscopes for different requirements. Chromosome being at sub-nuclear structure would require high resolution and magnification for its imaging. Better would be a confocal device. But this is really expensive. So options for chromosome imaging with a fluorescence microscope are using good quality camera and objectives at higher NA with oil immersion using glass slide.

before to capture image you should check:
- Seek to choose a lower wavelength fluorophore to improve resolution.
- mounting medium similar to refractive index than immersion medium (oily / oily is good choice).
-capture of images: dimension 1024x1024 pixels. If the fluorophores used are of good quality you can capture them in a slower way, to capture more photons and thus improve the resolution.
-If you are going to do analysis or deconvolve the images then choose OFFSET greater than zero always.
- Performing deconvolution later will help to obtain better final image quality, as it will eliminate noise and background.
- A target with higher NA will improve the final resolution.
