I need doxorubicin resistant breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-231, 4T1 preference). It will take several months to develop the resistant strains.
I will be grateful for ever if any of you is willing to share to speed up my research.

I can share a link that provides cancer resistant cell lines.
The Resistant Cancer Cell Line Collection (RCCL) has a collection of drug-resistance cancer cell lines from different cancer entities. The drugs used include all major classes of cytotoxic anti-cancer drugs as well as targeted agents. Breast cancer cell lines with doxorubicin as the drug of interest is also included. Unfortunately, MDA-MB-231, 4T1 as the preference cell lines are not included in the list of breast cancer resistant cell lines.
