hello everyone,

I have been working on drug screening at cellular level for protecting cells against oxidative stress.

In doing so I choose CoQ10 as a positive control agent. Now that I started using it i face the problem of its insolubility. I checked online for solvents in cell culture after it failed to dissolve properly in DMSO. Aqueous media is of no use trying. Dissolves in chloroform and Ethyl acetate. Chloroform is quite toxic to my cells and Ethyl acetate though does not have much toxicity- the drug solution fails to dissolve in medium. I don't think emulsifying agents are options here.

Please can anyway help me out.

Thanks in advance
