What if in column chromatography with solution (neutral pH) acidic pH is observed and remains along the whole process? What went wrong and what to do with this?
Many of the older liquid chromatography supports (~ 1980's) were in fact acidic so this may be a normal observation. *However, this is not an "interesting question" at all because you have provided virtually no useful information to understand the context of what you are doing.
