We have a system of links which can rotate and around 80 time steps of load input causing the rotation how can I output the rotation at each time step using an apdl command. How to include timestep data into the *GET command is what is not clear

Hello,
If I well understand your question, I suggest you to work in the time history post-processor (/POST26), and use the NSOL command to get nodal information about your model along the time variable. You can access to rotationnal ddl value with this command.
