I'm really struggling with the coating. I coated my plate using PDL with a concentration of 1 mg/ml. To make a working concentration of 10 μg/ml, I took 1 ml from the stock and diluted it with 9 ml of water. Then, I coated my plate for 2 hours. After 2 hours, I washed it three times and coated it again with Luminen using the same concentration and the same procedure for double coating. I let it coat for another 2 hours and then washed it three times. Finally, I added media and placed it in the incubator, so I can use it within 24-72 hours.

I checked my cells and found that they are floating.

what could ne wrong?
