It depends on the use that you will give to the insert. If you just want to store it in the plasmid, you might want to use the pUC-series plasmids (e.g. pUC-19 or pUC-57). In the other hand if you would like to perform expression of the insert you could use the pBAD/gIII plasmid series (A, B and C Available here: https://www.thermofisher.com/order/catalog/product/V45001). 

Currently I'm performing cloning in pBAD/gIII (A) plasmid as I want to express a protein, however, I've also heard that this plasmid series is useful in storing DNA inserts. In my lab, this plasmid has always worked quite fine.

I've also used pUC-57 plasmid without any issue for storing DNA and many of my lab mates have been using pUC-19 as well without inconvenience.

In any of the cases presented (storing/expression) you may use E. coli TOP10 cells with any of the vectors I mentioned. However, TOP10 cells are not quite recommended for expression of "difficult" proteins as they lack a lowered protease activity.

With 200 bp insert I think you can easily insert in to a pGEM-Teasy vector or a TOPO vector (if you amplified by Taq, your PCR fragment should have overhang A). You can use Blue-White selection with X-gal to pick up the colonies carrying the plasmid with your insert.

Then you can do sequencing your insert using available universal Primers designed in those vector to make sure there's no mutation.

You might consider working with the pET series of vectors. Either for storage or for expression studies, pET is a big class which is good for routine work. For a tagless protein after expression, go for pET 3a vectors and if you want a 6X-His tagged protein upon expression then you could opt for pET 28a vectors. For expression studies, transform the cloned insert into BL21(DE3) strain of E.Coli and for maintaining the cloned plasmid, go for DH5alpha cells. Keep it simple and go for these gold standard and much tried options before scaling up/ upgrading. Also, go for sequencing to confirm proper desired insert after cloning. In case of pET 3a or pET 28a, T7 promoter and T7 terminator  primers would be great for sequencing and should be available with the third party company where you can send for sequencing.

PMD18-T or p-EAsY T1 i also use this the same case with me also but you must now the concentration of your Purified PCR product.

As others suggested earlier, pET or pUC plasmids, such as pET28b or pUC18 vectors, are high-copy-number vectors and can be used for storage, replication, expression, and sequencing purposes of your restriction enzyme-digested PCR product. In addition, if the polymerase you are using can generate blunt-end PCR products, you might consider using a blunt vector to clone the purified blunt-end PCR product. I had used before a pCR-Blunt vector to clone an ~300 bp blunt-end PCR fragment, which was very convenient for further manipulation of the insert (replication, storage or sequencing).
