Cloning in pETBlue Expression Vector from Shrimp cDNA. Will it work?

Hello all! I recently was able to amplify my Chitin Deacetylase Gene from Shrimp cDNA and now I am going to clone and express it using the pETBlue-1 Acceptor Vector Kit. I wish to ask if anybody was able to successfully clone and express cDNA from eukaryotic cell using this kit? Any tips and tricks that you can recommend? Your answers will be much appreciated. Thank you!
