Is there a relationship between levels of topoisomerase-2 and doxorubicin sensitivity in breast cancer cells?

Some drugs inhibit topoisomerase-2 to 'kill' cancer cells.

But, different cancer cell lines have different levels of topoisomerase-2 enzyme. Is there a way to determine how much topoisomerase-2 is produced by a cell line? So that this way we can determine sensitivity of several cancer cell lines on specific drug inhibition capacity?
