Click chemistry for DNA oligos, anyone know of any disadvantages compared to traditional DNA Labelling post synthesis?

We are interested in setting up click chemistry for making oligos for qPCR, currently we make qPCR probes using traditional fluorophore adding protocols, does anyone knows pros and cons of click chemistry for this?.
