What is the simple organism or cell type from which I can isolate its membrane and what is the best model to study the interaction of nanoparticles with cell membrane ?
Heba Mohamed Fahmy, simple way is dialysis of crude cell (lysed cells) for any kind of membrane separation, also differential centrifugation, column separation are other ways of membrane separation. Example for GPCRs separation differential centrifugation is the best way. I hope I gave some idea on your question.

I think RBCs may be simple one as that you make in the lab of 3rd or 4th year.
But after you have the RBCs (or any cell type) membrane you will NOT be able to use it as a model because it will be not intact as normal cells.
In order to study nanoparticle with membranes you can use membrane models like liposomes or intact cells.
