What is the route of administration? and what is the amount of drug needed? If you want a dry formulation try freeze-drying, the yield is better but you have to add a cryoprotectant such as dextrose (5% w/v) to your nanosuspension. If you want to give the liquid form, determine the drug concentration in your nanosuspension and inject the corresponding volume

What is the. Route of administration? Also check literature for mg/ml for your drug in rats. Additionally you can directly inject the liquid formulation, but prior to that you might want to buffer exchange it so that it becomes suitable for intravenous administration.
