Dear colleagues , could you please give me your opinion regarding the best method for detecting apoptosis in tumor section IHC, is it using Caspase -3 or tunnel assay

I suggest you try more than one method, as there are multiple modes of cell death, and even several pathways of apoptotic cell death. Look into:
