I'm going to do some OT-II/DC co-culture experiments and was wondering whether it would be feasible for me to do a few big CD11c DC enrichments, freeze them, and then use them in my co-culture experiments, or if this would hit their viability or antigen presentation abilities too hard. Has anyone done this? If so, what do you freeze them in? Thanks!

Try a mixture of 10% DMSO and murine serum albumin (sigma-aldrich). Use a controlled-rate freezing program if available to drop it to -80 C overnight, then to vapor phase of LN2. Viability should be in 80-90% range.
