This morning (Tuesday) I started blocking some coated ELISA plates but I was unable to acquire sufficient sample to actually do the ELISAs today. They blocked for 2 hours at 37C before I moved them to 4C. Can they sit at 4C until tomorrow or preferably Thursday? I can remake the plates if necessary, would just be kind of a pain in the ass and it would be nice not to have that 2 hour wait period again in the future. If it matters, my blocking buffer is 1% BSA and 0.05% Neonate 20 in PBS. Thanks!
