Hello,

I'm an undergraduate assisting in analyzing neuronal images. Using Imaris, I've been able to automatically count spots in the 2D image, but each spot is the same size. Is there a way to force the program to create spots that match the spots in the image instead of manually sizing them? We are trying to determine overall intensity, and can't accurately utilize the features of Imaris until I can figure out how to auto-size the spots.
