Hello,

I would like to make a interactive 3D representation of some data point. We are studying position of some cell of interest and we extract from serial coronal section XY position of the given cell. Knowing the Z coodinate, we would like to perform a 3D representation of this population. However, the population is quite broad and cell density within the section is very variable.

Is there any way to make a 3D density plot starting by the XYZ cell coordinates?

I know that Amira allow this type of representation, or at least to define in 3D the external limit of a nucleus. I also have to specify that we do not possess any programing knowledge (which exclude the use of R or Matlab). Thus any "ready-to-use" software would be welcome.

Any advice?

Many thanks

Pierre-Louis
