How do I test the power of my microsatellite markers for parentage analysis?

I have 5 polymorphic microsatellite markers that I am using for parentage analysis of scalloped hammerheads. I need to test the resolving power of these markers, i.e. determine if these 5 markers are enough to assign parent-offspring pairs with a high degree of confidence. Are there any programs or R packages to do this?
