I understand that the description of the product says it's suitable for any molecular biology application. The only doubt I have is that, most of other reagent companies only offer like 100ml for the price of this where Qiagen offers 1L. Could you please assure me that this is suitable to use to prepare PCR reaction mixes?

Yes, it is indeed suitable for such PCR application. Just the normal precautions not to change its qualities, like nitrile powder free gloves, sterilized material, micropipettes w/o aerosols, and opeining in closed alcohol cleaned and UV sterilized surfaces.

I have used "water for injection" plastic disposable ampoules (10mls available from hospital pharmacies if you are attached to a hospital, or can be ordered) routinely for PCR. The advantage of small quantities is that that for many applications you do not need > 5mls and it is better if you are worried about possible contamination of your stock water supply. It may be an idea to aliquot some of your fresh stock into smaller nuclease / pyrogen free universals using sterile disposable plastic pipettes - 10-20 ml aliquots stored at 4C.
Go back to your 1L stock as few times as possible.
As a complete aside, we use patient " water for dialysis" as a source of endotoxin free water when doing dialysis. It comes in 1 or 3 liter bags. As these are pharmaceutical grade preparations, they are probably OK for mol biology work as well, though I have not used them for this purpose.
I double the water for injections suggestion. Get the one without NaCl in 10ml ampoules.
