Can someone suggest inhibitors to block double strand breaks or activators that facilitate double stranded break repair process?

I noticed upregulated DNA damage (both phospho-Chk1 and phospho-Histone H2A.X) in my systems. This is followed by cycle cycle arrest and decreased CDK1/cyclin B expression. The objective is to decrease DNA damage, which could enhance cell proliferation cycle in my systems.
