Hello all,

Is it possible to use lactose instead of IPTG for M9 protein expression? Glucose is traditionally used as the carbon source for labelling proteins and we used 2% final in the media. Will there be any implications if lactose were to be used?

Induction OD: 1.0

Induction temperature : 20C/ 16 Hrs
