I need to very specifically detect hydrogen peroxide (preferably while not picking up superoxide) in cells that express GFP.

Because of the GFP, I can't use DCFDA as the spectra overlap.

My boss wants me to use flow cytometry instead of a 96-well plate assay, so I'm trying to discover if I can combine Amplex Red with flow cytometry.  Nothing I've seen looks promising, so I was wondering if anyone out here on RG has had any success doing that and could point me to an effective protocol!

Thanks and have a gready day!
