Yes you can, anything unbound to DNA will be removed in the wash step. See the nucleotide length that can efficiently bind to the column.
I agree with the previous answer, TCEP is commonly used in the disruption process during column based RNA extraction and is removed during column washing, this will be the same with your PCR product.
