I performed chromatography for my protein samples. I will filtrate my elution fractions to remove urea. I think to observe my samples on SDS before filtration because some elutions will not have protein. Can I run SDS-PAGE in the manner of urea to observe elution fractions protein concentrations semi quantitatively? Also how I must, I how 3 ml from each elution fraction.
