I focus on aggressive lymphoma (Diffuse large B-cell Lymphoma, Burkitt Lymphoma).
By the variants I mean eg. an Epstein-Barr-Virus(EBV)-negative Burkitt cell line that has been in vitro transformed with EBV and both cell lines are available)
Hola Julie, you can see the ATCC web: http://www.atcc.org/ or another cell culture collection. In the ATCC for example, there are CRL-1596 cell line negative for Epstein-Barr virus. CCL-213 cell line carries Epstein-Barr virus. You can find more cell lines from lymphoma there.
Hey, thank you for answering! I have browsed the ATCC site already and found these cell lines too, but I was actually wondering if there are cell lines that are identical except for their EBV status (eg. the CRL-1596 which is EBV-negative and a CRL-1596 variant that has been in vitro infected with EBV). I would like to buy such cell lines because it would be difficult for me to infect eg CRL-1596 myself (because it requires working with active viral particles).
Some of the commercially available cell lines are not well-characterised and of dubious provenance. We can provide matched EBV-positive and negative BL cell lines if you are interested.

I suggest you use Mantle Cell Lymphoma cell lines (see the link) as EBV-negative lymphoma lines and Burkitt's lymphoma cell lines like RAJI as EBV-positive cell lines.
