Dear Sarkar

DNA barcode sequences can be submitted to GenBank (the genetic sequence database at the National Center for Biotechnology Information, NCBI). There are two main ways of making batch sequence submissions to GenBank: NCBI’s Barcode Submission Tool (BarSTool) specifically for DNA barcode sequences, and Sequin (or the similar but more automated tool tbl2asn) for either barcode or non-barcode sequences.

What about BOLD software normally used ? I think it is different from NCBI barcode submission tool .
