it gives me 0 hbonds, however i have more than 6 h-bonds in my molecule. Moreover, i like to have more perfect visualizer for publication, i feel it's very primitive.

I think VMD (visual molecular dynamics) would be the perfect tool for you. You can use it for both windows and Linux.
