I want to check the releasing rate of Ca from my bio-material sample by using Tris-HCl solution (pH=7.4). However, I can not figure out which concentration of Tris-HCl solution is close to body fluid. Could you give me some recommendations?

Make 0.1M Tris HCl buffer. Measure the Tris HCl buffer osmolarity and dilute if necessary to get a osmolarity of about 300.
Thank you for your advice. it is pity that our department don't have any machine to measure the osmolarity. :( I searched on internent how to calculate the osmolarity of Tris solution but could not find. Do you have another method?
I found some authors used Tris-buffered saline (with 50mM Tris-HCl), and some authors used 0.5M Tris-HCl solution. I don't know which one is better for my test.
