These are raw dna from different samples belonging to a same traditional rice variety. Raw dna was mixed with dye (2 micro liters of dye+ 2 micro liters of raw dna sample) and loaded into each well.
Electrophoresis was don at 90V for 45 mins in the presence of 130 ml of 1X TBE in 0.8% agarose
Extracted DNA were diluted with TE buffer
There is quite a lot of rna in with your dna which will make estimation of dna amount difficult. Whether a dna will work with pcr most often depends on tha amount of inhibitary protein attached to the dna and there is not much protein showing in the wells so I would say that there is a good chance that they will work with the exception of 8 and 11 which look like all rna
Most samples show high molecular weight DNA near the wells, indicating successful extraction, but several lanes exhibit smearing or faint bands, suggesting possible RNA/protein contamination or partial degradation. While some samples with sharp, strong bands are suitable for PCR, smeared or faint ones may require purification or re-extraction. Overall, selected samples appear usable for PCR, especially if targeting short DNA regions and if inhibitors are minimized.
