These are raw dna from different samples belonging to a same traditional rice variety. Raw dna was mixed with dye (2 micro liters of dye+ 2 micro liters of raw dna sample) and loaded into each well.
Electrophoresis was don at 90V for 45 mins in the presence of 130 ml of 1X TBE in 0.8% agarose
Extracted DNA were diluted with TE buffer
