If I wanted to buy alpha-Tubulin lentiviral clones it should be expressing EGFP-alpha tubulin as on transcript/protein not as EGFP separate and tubulin as separate proteins. Does anyone know a source? I have gone through openbiosystems, but couldn't locate such information.
You check with Genscript. But, I'm not sure about your requirement but I got few of the rare clones from Genscript.

Origene probably has the largest collections of ORF clones, you can check that one and Genecopoeia, too. If you can't find what you need, an alternative could be to get an Ultimate ORF clone from Invitrogen. These ORFs are provided in a Gateway entry vector and should be easy to transfer to a gateway destination vector with a N- or C-terminal GFP.

Clones with such tags are available either in Origene which is large and options of various tags are available. Since I have been using them, they are fine.
Otherwise Invitrogen, Sigma or gencopia.
Looks like its a little rare combination. Gencopia has varied types of tags in lentiviral way.
