I am working with the NCI-H716 strain of L-cells and the protocol I am following coats the 12 well plates where you seed the cells with Matrigel. However, I was wondering if an alternative (such as maybe creating lysine coated plates?) would produce the same effect?
Yes, you can try mouse fibroblasts instead of matrigel. You can easily find out protocol for that. Effect will remain same
