1. Information on pre-miRNA can be easily obtained from miRBase database.

2. Read below articles to collect pri-miRNA,

PMIDs: 17965236 and 19038026.

3. I would also like to suggest you to read this article (PMID: 20661255).

Thanks for the info.. its really helpful. Those two papers published by the same group provide detailed information for some of the pri-miRNAs and some of them are of my interest.
