I am in the process of trying to do tissue culture with Bucephalandra and/or Anubias; however, the resources on these two aquatic plants seem sparse. Is there a successful tissue culture protocol out there for these two plants?

Concerning your question about the two acuatic species Bucephelandra and Anubias, there are any protocol, then you have to make your oun research.
That means, you have to make your proper design as means make small research.
You do not mention which kind of proposal you will make as cells production, organs or tissue as well plants regeneration.
