I am dealing with a long list of miRNAs... I would like to get some tool to organize them by functional groups, clusters, chromosome location, tissue expression, etc...
In this Link: http://www.mirbase.org/ are registered all the miRNAs that are discovering and here you have a very useful application where you can see in which other pathologies are related those miRNAs and the papers that describe it. http://loom.miroculus.com/#.
FANTOM5 (Functional ANnoTation Of the Mammalian genome) might be useful for finding miRNA expression pattern across different mammalian cell-types (human and mouse).
