Any suggestions for fluorophores in Live-Cell imaging?

Dear community,

We are about to create new organoid lines for Live-Cell imaging and considering which fluorescent proteins are the best reporters.

The current pla, based on information from fpbase.org and experience, is to compare eGFP, TurboGFP and mNeonGreen against eGFP, as well as iRFP730 against miRFP670nano3.

Does anyone have additional suggestions or experience with the above-mentioned proteins?
