Any suggestions for Bio-Rad Precision Plus Protein WesternC Standard not showing up on Western Blot?

We have been using the above Western standard for Western blots but the standard never shows up after visualization with a chemiluminescent substrate (except in 1 or 2 cases actually). Has that happened to anyone else too? Any suggestions?

did you add the StrepTactin-HRP or StrepTactin-AP conjugate with your secondary antibody incubation before using the chemiluminescent substrate?
