I am pursuing my PhD and chose the topic of pros/cons and ethical concerns in leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to increase Equity in Performance Management/Appraisal and did not find much in my Lit Review. I am curious who else is focusing on this topic.

It is very difficult for artificial intelligence to act based on duty-oriented, consequentialist, or virtuous-oriented, and in any situation based on any of these criteria, it can cause many disasters.
