I want to calculate the ID/IG ratio from a carbon sample measured by Raman. After obtaining the spectra, I have deconvoluted D and G peaks by fitting them with 2 Gaussian-Lorentzian curves using Origin. Also I have subtracted the baseline of the spectra. My question is if to calculate the ID/IG ratio I should pick the intensity of the deconvoluted peaks or the real intensity of the peak's spectra?

In the graph, intensity of the red peak or green peak?

Thank you for your help.
