For one of my studies, I am using Q methodology for the first time. I am currently developing the Q-survey that will be administered to participants on an online platform (I am considering using Qsortouch). Phone interviews with participants will be conducted after they have completed the Q-survey to better understand how they rank different items (high scores and low scores items).
I am looking for any practical recommendation or tip that you will have on how successfully conducting a Q-methodology online (ideal number of items, user-friendly platform, etc.)

Dear Hassan, thank you for your recommendations. The Q-survey will be reviewed by experts and pilot tested with some participants before, to test its face validity. We will have only 40 statements + several sociodemographic questions, it will take approximately 15 minutes to complete it.
Anyone with idea on how to use PQ Methods for Q methodology analysis?

It's a free tool, which requires a little bit of programming.
For what concerns the analysis of the data, I recommend using the 'qmethod' package for R by Aiora Zabala (https://github.com/aiorazabala/qmethod). She has some detailed description of that package here:
