Any suggestion for HADDOCK error???

I am trying to run docking experiment with YY1 protein DNA complex and a protein of my interest using HADDOCK SERVER 2.2 version. i am getting an error as "There was an inconsistency in your data. Error message-Second pdb file contains an elemental ion ZN without specified charge". Could any one help me to suggest me what changes should I bring in the pdb file of YY1-DNA complex so that I can perform docking. Thanks for ur help

Hi Ajit,

I think your error might be due to an incomplete elemental ion name. If you ion charge is equal to X, you should rename your pdb file to change elemental ion name from "ZN" to "ZN+/-X". Here you will find additional info: http://www.nature.com/nprot/journal/v5/n5/box/nprot.2010.32_BX3.html
