Does anyone have a good set of ALPL forward and reverse primer that they have tested out and it works.
I have tried out 3 different sets and none of them has properly given me amplifications.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - Sana

PCRs are sensitive.You should do carefully. Believe all your ingredients are intact including DNA, primers etc. Check thoroughly. Certain times you can alter Ta a bit and try. If you have access check the following links
