Does anyone has any software (free) recommendation for digitizing images? I have few echocardiogram images (velocity vs. time) that I would like to digitize.
I have been trying to use WebPlotDigitizer but its not quite helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated
You could always convert the images to a kymographic layout using ImageJ (Fiji).
As Kenth pointed out, Imagej (Fiji) should do the job. I recommend installing Fiji since it has many plugins included already. another free software available is ICY (Fiji is far more popular and there is a better chance that you will find a plugin that does exactly what you want)
Engauge Digitizer are the best option 7vs6 among alternatives from http://alternativeto.net/software/webplotdigitizer/?license=free FREE OR OPEN SOURCE, only last is free but not O.S. meaning its code is unknown or privative. then O.S. are reliable if you get it at the right source or software repository (which platform Operating System or architecture do you want to use for your software???)
