Dear all the members of the Cancer Biology Group,

I have been working on some plant extracts for their Radioprotection and Anti-cancer effects. After many experiments with different parameters one thing has been prominently coming out again and again that, the %ages of Anti-cancer activity and Radioprotection (through various conventional experiments) are higher at a particular range of doses; including cell cycle delay. But when i am increasing the dose to almost double, both the above %ages are going down considerably. When checking for Cell cycle delay it again shows a tendency to revert back towards the control sample's value. Definitely the doses aren't working at higher doses, but what may be the reason?
