Does anyone have any ideas about the conditions required to induce a BPH with either testosterone enanthate or testosterone undecanoate in large animals (dosage, frequency of injection, duration of treatment) ?

You might try inducing BPH with these agents in dogs. Dogs are the only animal model that I know of that may naturally develop obstructive symptoms from enlargement due to BPH.

Indeed, the canine model is certainly the most appropriate for investigating hormone-induced BPH. But we will not be using dogs in the study, mainly for regulatory and budgetary reasons (choice of castrated pig instead).
My question related more to the conditions of use of these agents, as the literature on that matter is fairly sparse (studies on rodents, with quite a few disparities).
