I am interesting to generate cell lines with GFP proteins which is inserted into a specific target gene and want to know if is is possible to generate the cell lines with CRISPR/Cas9 technology.
Does anybody know whether or not it is possible to exchagne target gene reading frame on genome in a cell line with GFP or other reporter genes using CRISPR technology?

Dear sir,
Yes You can do that experiment using CRISPR/Cas9 effeciently, I think Nucleofection/transfection strategy could be the most suitable gene transfer method in case of cell lines.
