Does anyone here have experience with EDU / BrdU in zebra embryos before circulation onset? I'm debating on how to administer and at what doses... Would just adding the EDU mix to the E3 / PtU be sufficient for uptake or is yolk injection necessary?

You may have gotten a reply already, I think you're better off with yolk injections, see the paper from Hu and Easter 1999. You could label through the medium, but you need to add 15% DMSO and that kills the embryos sometimes.
