Why we cannot get a support from the ResearchGate if we are publisher, content writer, and Researcher?

My question purpose is many website pay the publisher, researcher but on this platform we are putting our potential free of cost.

Do you know a similar platform that pays to researchers? If yes, please provide a link. As far as I understand, we must be glad that we as researchers do not have to pay the platform. There are other platforms that offer not so much for free but urge users to subscribe to payed extra services.
