A scientist has a scientific record A established during his career. In day 1 he joins the University of XX for a tenure tract position or he/she joined a scientific organization (CNRS) or the Rockefeller University. From that day, he identifies his/her career to the name and the status of the individual center and the history of this center and the owner(s) of that center. We say, tenure track at Harvard or assistant Prof at the Salk institute, etc.  We mainly associate the Produced Science to the Center and not to the Scientist.

This domination of the Topological Property of a “Building or Administration” on the Scientific – Independent Creativity of the individual, is not in contradiction with the notion of Science which is defined by an independent and free thinking and creativity?

Example: The person A is a Professor in Environmental Sciences and not a Professor at the Rockefeller University. Is there a logic to be Professor of a Topological Structure?? and not to be a Professor of the Science that you decide to be dedicated to?
