By definition any system including the brain is part of the environment and it should reflect basic properties of 'matter in motion as a whole'. The brain reflects part of the environmental system where was established and evolves. Any live open system cannot evolve independently of its environment. It needs the exchange of both energy and matter to exist. So, what push us to consider that the brain lies in higher dimensions than its proper environment?
I copy from Dialectical materialism Z. A. Jordan notes: "Engels made constant use of the metaphysical insight that the higher level of existence emerges from and has its roots in the lower; that the higher level constitutes a new order of being with its irreducible laws; and that this process of evolutionary advance is governed by laws of development which reflect basic properties of 'matter in motion as a whole'.
Do you think that brain reflects a compartmentalized separated system that evolves independently and auto-reacts or brain is just part of a whole system and thus reflects common properties in equal dimensions as its relative environmental system expressed only under a distinct order?
Remarks: The brain of Einstein or Platon would be the same under distinct environments? Can we establish a clone of Einstein or Platon without the relative environment? Has the environment an encoded proper property in addition to the encoded properties of genes?
Is in fact the brain the outcome of two distinct encoded systems?
