It must be high concentration of primer for iPCR or tail-PCR, but that's too high, almost 1.000.000 times higher than usual. How concentration can be used for iPCR or tail-PCR, it can be around 500pM???
Just dilute the primers in two or three steps (serial dilution), for example first 1:100, so you get 30-50 nM, after dilute again 1:100 you get 300-500 pM and afer dilute to 5-10 pM. keep all the serial dilution and stock.
Thank for your nice answers guys. But I would like to know that whether I can use the low concentration of primer (around 500pM) for iPCR or tail-PCR or not.
